LATE POLICY: after 10 minutes $15
after 15 minutes appointment cancelled $25 fee to rebook.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If an appointment is missed due to tardiness or 24 hr notice isn’t given $25 is due to rebook.
No show fee for each treatment booked with a package is $20 each treatment or lose your sessions.
No Refunds & Service Policy
1. No Refunds
All sales for Jet Plasma treatments and other services are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers once a purchase has been made.
By scheduling and/or purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Service Usage Window
Jet Plasma treatments must be used within six (6) - (12) months of the original purchase date.
After this time period, unused sessions will expire and cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.
3. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules may change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the session.
4. Non-Transferable
Jet Plasma sessions and all other services are non-transferable and may only be used by the original client who purchased the package or service.
5. Results Disclaimer
Results vary from person to person based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to post-care instructions. Consistent treatments and proper aftercare are key to achieving optimal results.
